Big thanks to everyone who woke up early with me each morning to practice Yoga out on that fabulous deck!
T'was truly an honor, and one of the highlights of the weekend for me---looking up to the treetops and open sky, and looking out over a huge group of 40+people doing the same! all synchronized in the breath.
Who could ask for a more beautiful natural setting for yoga, no?
What a great weekend all the way around... .. amazing classes, amazing teachers, amazing musicians, amazing performances, amazing food, fun times, and a great gathering of true community. thanks to the whole Furey family for makin it happen, to all the teachers and performers for offering their gifts and passion for what they do, and to everyone there for co-creating a really sweet weekend of celebration, ease, and fun. The new location ROCKS! :)
i am still smiling from it all...
and wow, my calves are sore. anyone else?

Tue, June 10, 2008 - 9:16 AMMy calves still aren't speaking to me, and many thanks Deb, I think your class was a big reason the rest of my body and I are still on speaking terms! Maybe next year you could add on some evening yoga as well? :) It was an incredible treat to practice out in the open under the tree's. Thank you again!

Tue, June 10, 2008 - 1:22 PMI can't believe I didn't make it to your class. =( Can we please make it 9am yoga or 9:30am yoga? Morning came so quickly! =P And I absolutely love the idea of sunset yoga. My body could have really appreciated some lovin' after Ramon's intense classes. -
